Ordering Ricoh Copier/Printer Supplies

Building copiers and printers need to have new supplies ordered via the following process so we can correctly order the items and schedule personnel to deliver and install the supplies.

  1. Download the Ricoh Supply Order Form
  2. Fill in the spreadsheet fields as per the directions in the form
  3. Log in to school dude,
  4. Create an incident (Technology Request)
  5. Attach the form to a new work order along
  6. Note the location of the printer
  7. Note the printer name
  8. Save and submit the incident
